Sendy Support

Need help? Email support@sendybank.com from the address you sign in with and tell us what happened. For a payment, include the date, amount and network (or the receipt from the payment's Activity card). We aim to reply within two business days.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase, your passkey or a code to approve a payment. Anyone who does is not us.

I lost my phone or got a new one. How do I get my wallet back?

Install Sendy on the new phone and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before, or tap "I already have Sendy". Your passkey is synced through iCloud Keychain (or Google Password Manager), so it is already on your new phone once you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account — Face ID unlocks it and your wallet is back.

If you also lost access to that Apple or Google account, recover it with Apple or Google first. If you saved your recovery phrase, you can also restore your wallet from it. Sendy cannot reset your passkey or recover your wallet for you — we never hold your keys.

To sign a lost phone out, open Settings on any device that is still signed in and remove the lost phone from your signed-in devices.

My payment is taking a long time.

Most payments arrive within a minute; payments between networks can take longer. Open Activity and tap the payment to see where it is.

  • If it shows On its way, it is still moving — there is nothing to do yet.
  • If it shows Unconfirmed, tap Check again to ask the network once more.
  • If a payment between networks cannot be completed, the route returns the money to you and the card shows Refunded.
  • If it still is not resolved, tap Get help on the card or email support@sendybank.com with the payment details and we will trace it with you.

Please do not send the same payment again until you know the first one failed — a payment that looks stuck may already be on its way.

What does Sendy charge?

Most payments carry a small app fee — currently one unit of the coin you send (for example 1 USDC) — plus the fees charged by the network and by any route between networks. Every fee is shown before you confirm. On networks that support it you can pay the network fee in the stablecoin you are sending, so you do not need to hold a separate gas token.

I sent money to the wrong address.

Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, by us or anyone else. If you know the recipient, ask them to send it back. Always check the name, address and network on the review screen before you confirm.

Can I use my wallet somewhere else?

Yes — it is your wallet. In Sendy, open your wallet's Manage screen and choose Reveal recovery phrase. You will be asked to confirm with your passkey. Keep the phrase private: anyone who has it controls your money.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings (tap your photo on Home), tap Delete and confirm. Move your money out first: deleting your account deletes your wallets and their keys, and anything left in them cannot be recovered.

For 3 days you can undo it by signing back in on a device that is still signed in. After that your personal information is permanently erased. The Privacy Policy (https://web-production-a2bc0.up.railway.app/privacy) explains what we keep. If you cannot reach the app, email support@sendybank.com.

Someone is bothering me or trying to scam me.

Open their profile and choose Block, or Report to send it to us. Blocking removes them from your people and stops their contact requests and messages. For anything urgent, email support@sendybank.com.
